With its autumn 2015 premiere now set, the official website for the K Project has unveiled the latest key visuals for the second season as well as a new one-minute promotional video.
The new key visuals feature the members of the “Tokyo Legal Affairs Bureau, Civil Registry Department, Annex 4”, or more commonly known as “Scepter 4”. Each visual features four members of the mysterious clan with connections with the Prime Minister.
K Second Season will pick-up where the K sequel movie, Missing Kings, left off and will premiere in October 2015. The new season promises to take a closer look at the Green Clan as well as the Dresden Slate, the mysterious stone which is said to be the source of power for the kings.
Shingo Suzuki, who was responsible for directing both the original anime and its sequel movie, K: Missing Kings, will be returning at the helm of this new season as the director while GoHands will be responsible for the animation. More announcements, such as the cast, staff and exact release date is expected to be coming in the near future.
