[Anisong] Kalafina to perform Fate/stay night UBW's season 2 ED

Vocal group and Anime Festival Asia Thailand guests Kalafina have announced that they will be performing the ending theme titled“ring your bell“ for the second season of Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works]. The single is scheduled for release on 15 May 2015 and will be available in five editions, including a limited vinyl edition.

Kalafina’s gorgeous three-part harmonies and distinctive musical style have won them a large fanbase in Japan as well as in many other parts of the world. The faces (and voices) of Wakana, Keiko and Hikaru should be recognisable to Anime Festival Asia attendees, where they had performed previously at Anime Festival Asia’s “I love anisong” concerts in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. This year, they will be gracing Anime Festival Asia Thailand with their presence in May.

Fans of anime adaptations of Type-Moon’s works should be especially familiar with Kalafina’s music. Apart from the ending theme of Fate/stay night UBW’s first season, they also sang the opening theme for “Fate/zero” and all seven theme songs for the “Kara no Kyoukai” animated series. They also contributed songs to “Aldnoah.Zero” and Kalafina’s gorgeous three-part harmonies. Their distinctive musical style have won them a large fanbase in Japan as well as in many other parts of the world.
