Music legend, rock icon, and reality TV star, Gene Simmons, best known for that long and sharp tongue of his, has tweeted an image of a very special postage stamp by Japan Post.

This official Japan Post Stamp features the ongoing musical collaboration between the iconic rock band, KISS, and the Japanese idol group, Momoiro Clover Z. The stamp is indeed official and it can be used for mailing letters or be added to any stamp collection. However, no release date for the KISS X Momoiro Clover Z stamp has been announced by Japan Post so far.

Both KISS and Momoiro Clover Z have performed  “Yume no Ukiyo ni Saitemina, together with Momoiro Clover Z providing the vocals and KISS providing the instrumental music. The English version of the song, “Samurai Son”, was performed with KISS doing both the instrumental and the main vocals with MomoClo doing the background vocals.

The rock icons previously toured Japan as part of their KISS 40th Anniversary Tour along with the idol group, and yes, it seems like the girls were not intimidated by Gene Simmon’s tongue after all!
