According to a recent scan from the June issue of Animedia magazine, three new characters will be joining the third installment of the Aquarion series, Aquarion LOGOS. The scan also revealed which seiyuu will be voicing these characters.

According to the scan, Jouji Nakata (Fate’s Kirei Kotomine and Log Horizon’s Nyanta) will be voicing Sougon Kinzaki, the CEO of Nesta, an IT company. He feels that society is now filled with “characters in the Japanese language without meaning” and feels despair from it. He has now consigned these characters to their doom.

Meanwhile, newcomer Saima Nakano (Ishida and Asakura’s Satou), will be voicing Shouko Iwagami, the manager of the Sousei Club.

Finally, Ryoko Shiraishi (Hayate the Combat Butler’s Hayate Ayasaki and Amagi Brilliant Park’s Macaron) will be voicing Sakurako Soda, a member of DEVA tasked to find people with strong Sousei powers and make them join the Sousei Club.

As we previously announcedNobunaga Shimazaki (Satoru Furuya inDiamond no Ace) takes the lead and will be voicing Akira Kaibuki . He will be joined byAyane Sakura (Asuka Mishima in Kimi ni Iru Machi) who will be voicing Maia Tsukigane.Yuuto Adachi (Mono in Narudoma), on the other hand, will voice Subete Kenzaki. Haruka Chigusa (Shizuka Sakaki in Shirobako) , who subsequently will perform the ending theme for the series, will voice Kokone Kikogami. Other supporting casts include Yuichiro Umehara (En Yufuin in Binan Koukou Chikyuu Bouei-bu Love!) who will voice Hayato Kujo,Takayuki Asai in his first seiyuu role as Tsutomu Domon and Ari Ozawa (Chiyo Sakura in Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun) who will voice Karan Uminagi.

Meanwhile, May’n, who will be singing the anime’s OP song, will be collaborating once again with Yoko Kanno, who has not only worked with May’n on the music for Macross Frontier, but has also worked on the music of the two previous Aquarion anime. The song the two will be collaborating on is titled “Yamaidare Darlin“, and it will serve as Aquarion LOGOS’ OP song. The song will be released on 22 July as a single, with the first-print limited edition coming bundled with a DVD featuring the song’s music video.

The anime, which is slated to premiere this July, will be directed by Eiichi Satou, who has previously worked on the storyboards for the two previous Aquarion anime. Satelight will be producing the animation.
