The manga is written by Yoshiaki Tabata and illustrated by Yuu-Go Ookuma, with heavy influences from Osamu Tezuka himself. The series will enter a new arc following its 11th issue, with the two mangakas holding an autograph session this 23 May at the upcoming “Young Black Jack x Black Jack Goods Shop” in Shinjuku. The special shop will be open for a limited time from 15 May until 1 June over at the Marui Annex Building’s 6th floor.

More announcements about this new anime, such as the broadcast date, the staff, and the cast, will be made in the future.
