They say that in Japan, convenience stores can sell anything, and that seems to be true as 7-Eleven Japan has started selling life-size replicas of Attack on Titan’s 3D Maneuver Gears, which are used to fight or escape titans.

7-Eleven has stressed that these are just replicas and are for “display and cosplay purposes only”. This warning goes to people who might actually try to use them to launch themselves into the tops of buildings and try to fight for humanity’s survival against the titans. Made of ABS resin, aluminum, and silicone, these replicas are a lot lighter than their original counterparts as they only weigh 8.2Kg.

These 3D Maneuver Gear replicas are now open for pre-order via 7-Eleven’s online store for a mere 107,784 yen and are scheduled to be delivered around late July, however, the convenience store chain also said that the release date might also be pushed back to a later date.

Last month, 7-Eleven launched their latest Attack on Titan collaboration with lotteries for the rights to purchase their life-size figures of Eren and Levi, which was also attended by Yuuki Kaji, who voices Eren in the anime, Yui Ishikawa, who voices Mikasa Ackerman. More details about those figures can be found here
