The 36th Doraemon movie is already coming to Japan next year, and the official Doraemon movie channel has started streaming its very first movie trailer.
Titled 36th Doraemon the Movie: Nobita and the Birth of Japan 2016, the movie is a remake of the 1989 classic film, which is considered the movie with the highest number of tickets sold for the franchise, with over 4.2 million tickets sold over its theatrical run.
The movie follows Nobita, Doraemon, Gian, and Suneo, who all ran away from home following a spat between Nobita and his parents. After they all ran away, Doraemon takes them 70,000 years into the past in pre-historic Japan!
It was also announced that the movie is scheduled to premiere next year in March 2016.
