The announcement was made in their official facebook page, including an image of a standee featuring the three main magical girls from the anime. It was announced that the anime is slated for release either autumn or winter this year, and more details on this OVA will be announced during Comiket 88, which will be held at the Tokyo Big Sight from 14 – 16 August 2015.

The anime was originally announced back in 2012, however, no new announcements were made other than the fact it received several prototype nendoroids, a pachislot machine, and a promotional video series.
