We are definitely not gonna yell “OBJECTION!” for the two new announcements about Capcom’s bestselling Ace Attorney franchise, as fans are rejoicing the fact that Capcom will soon be releasing Ace Attorney 6 and a new TV anime has been green-lit.

According to a stage announcement made during the first day of the Tokyo Game Show 2015, Ace Attorney will be getting its anime adaptation, and it will be making its premiere on April 2016. More announcements on the anime will be made on a later date however.

Capcom also announced that they are currently developing Ace Attorney 6, which will be available for the Nintendo 3DS. Weekly Famitsu Magazine will be running a 6-page feature on the game, and will introduce new details, such as the new characters and a new system of gameplay.

The magazine also revealed that a playable demo is available now at the Tokyo Game Show, which is currently being held in Chiba’s Makuhari Messe until 20 September.

So, who here is excited to see Phoenix Wright finally getting his own anime?
