If you though Attack on Titan Junior High will be wacky, better brace yourselves because the seiyuus are about to make the anime much wackier… in live-action! This is because the voice cast for the Attack on Titan spin-off anime, Attack on Titan Junior High will be getting their own live-action bonus segment when the anime begins airing in October.

The live-action portions will be split into two segments, the first one being called “Advancing! Treasure Hunt” which will star Yuuki Kaji (Eren Yeager), Marina Inoue (Armin Arlert), Yui Ishikawa (Mikasa Ackerman), and Tomohisa Hashizume (Bertholdt Hoover) as they try to find hidden treasure as “Junior High Students”.

The second portion meanwhile will be called “Sasha Tries It By Herself”, and it will star Potato Girl’s lovable seiyuu, Yuu Kobayashi, who with the aid of Titan-kun, will be undertaking a few challenges by herself. Hmmmmmm, I wonder if Tomohisa Hashizume is the one wearing that Titan-kun costume…

The anime, which is based on Saki Nakagawa’s hilarious spin-off manga, will be making its premiere this October 2015. It re-imagines the Attack on Titan characters as Junior High School kids/ teachers/ staff, and is considerable more light-hearted (and funnier) than Isayama’s original work. It will be animated by Madhouse.

The original voice cast from the anime have been confirmed to reprise their roles for this cute little Junior High spin-off. You can check out the cast list through this link: http://www.afachan.asia/2015/08/anime-attack-titan-characters-get-cuter-new-spin-off-tv-anime-attack-titan-junior-high/
