Sony’s PlayStation is celebrating 20 years since it was launched in North America, and the tech giant has recently polled gamers on which games from the original PlayStation was the one that they think is the best for them. Without further ado, here are the results:

Final Fantasy VII, which changed JRPG gaming and catapulted it to the mainstream is not #1?! Well, only one game could make that happen, and without a doubt, it’s Metal Gear Solid, a Hideo Kojima game. The Tactical Espionage Action game changed the gaming landscape and introduced us to plenty of classic gaming characters like Snake, and it also launched the career of a certain guy named Hideo Kojima.

Taking #3 and #4 respectively are two games in one franchise, which have certainly become classics in their own rights, as Crash Bandicoot beats out plenty of other PS1 classics to take two of the spots in the poll’s top 4.
