The μ’s School Idols of Love Live! have been featured in various trading cards or collectible card games such as Weiss Schwarz. And recently, Bushiroad, the creators of Cardfight! Vanguard, has annonced that the franchise will be getting their very own trading card game called Love Live! School Idol Collection.

Unlike ordinary TCGs, Love Live! School Idol Collection will feature a double-sided artwork with the front and back side of the cards. This means that both sides may be used in the game, unlike most TCGs which only show one side of the card. Details on the rules have not been released so far, but Bushiroad is promising that the rules will be quite simple.

If the cards look like they are from the Love Live! School Idol Festival game app, that is because some art assets from the game will be incorporated into this new TCG. The game is scheduled to go on sale beginning 18 March 2016, and more details will be made in the days to come.
