Final Fantasy XV will be set for release later this year, and Square Enix has revealed details on the game’sĀ Ultimate Collector’s Edition. Some of us may have to do a bit more wallet bleeding than usual, as it is now open for pre-orders, and will cost a mereĀ US$269.99. Cheap, huh?

The set will come with not one, but two steel book cases. One of theĀ steel book cases will containĀ a copy of the Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV 3DCG movie, together with the game software itself and the Final Fantasy XV prequel anime, Brotherhood: Final Fantasy XV. It will also come with a specialĀ 192-page hardbound art book, an official soundtrack CD, and will be highlighted by aĀ Noctis Play Arts Kai Figure, which measures in at 26cm.

The Collector’s Edition will also be coming with aĀ few DLC’s, including theĀ Royal Raiment outfit, a Masamune weapon, and a recolored version of theĀ Regalia vehicle, together withĀ a Travel Pack, Camera Kit, Angler Set, and Gourmand Set.

Only 30,000 sets were made and they immediately sold out. However, Square Enix tweeted that they are doing reprints, but they warned that these reprints might not make it in time for the 30 September release date.

The game itself, along with the Ultimate Collector’s Edition, as well as the Deluxe Edition, will be released on 30 September for both theĀ PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
