Sword Art Online light novel author, Reki Kawahara’s other popular series, Accel World, is also getting itself its own animated feature film titled “Accel World: Infinite Burst”. Set to premiere next month, its full trailer has just been revealed.
Its new poster visual was also revealed in the video, and it features a new character original to the film – Risa Tsukiori, who is voiced by Chinatsu Akisaki.
The video also teased that the five kings of Accel World might be fighting together in this one.
Just like the original TV anime, Accel World: Infinite Burst will be directed by Masakazu Obara, and it will be animated over at Sunrise. The video also confirms that the four main cast members will be reprising their roles from the TV anime, and they are:
- Kuroyukihime:Â Sachika Misawa
- Haruyuki:Â Yuuki Kaji
- Chiyuri:Â Aki Toyosaki
- Takumu:Â Shintarou Asanuma
The anime will have a completely original story with new characters, and this new story will be written by Accel World and Sword Art Online creator, Reki Kawahara. The film will make its premiere in Japan on 23rd July.
