Warner Brothers Anime’s YouTube channel has started streaming a brand new PV for the upcoming Food Wars Shokugeki no Soma The Second Plate TV anime, and it teases us one of the most anticipated battles for the Totsuki Academy Autumn Elections, which pits Souma against Alice Nakiri!
The video also teases us with the anime’s OP song, “Rough Diamonds” by SCREEN mode, as well as its ED song, “Snow Drop” by nano.RIPE. It also reintroduces us to some of the anime’s characters.
J.C. Staff will be animating this second season, with the story picking up where the first season left off. The main cast will be reprising their previous roles from the first season. So far, these are the cast members that are expected to return:

- Minami Takahashi as Megumi Tadokoro
