Brace yourselves Thailand, because the Straw Hat Pirates are definitely coming to Bangkok! The official One Piece anime website has now announced that the Bangkok will now be having its own official One Piece store, which is also known as the One Piece Mugiwara Store!
They also revealed a new visual featuring the straw hats with an elephant and a tuktuk, which are considered icons in Thailand. According to the announcement, Mugiwara Store Bangkok will open sometime in summer 2016.
This is actually the second international One Piece store, as a first one is already open in Taiwan. The store is banking on the success of the Taiwan store, and the appeal of One Piece to international fans. Like most Mugiwara stores, this Bangkok branch will be selling One Piece goodies. However, they will also be selling One Piece merchandise unique to the store.
