After a few months of being closed for renovations, the Ghibli Museum has finally re-opened. The museum not only has updated exhibits, but also features new ones, including the “All Aboard! The Catbus to the Ghibli Forest,” which even the adults can ride.

OK, so it’s an exhibit and not a ride, which means that it really won’t run like the actual catbus, but it can pretty much draw out the kid in you as you get inside it… and it’s fluffy too!

The museum re-opened last 16 July 2016, and Hayao Miyazaki himself added some of his personal inputs into the arrangement of the museum’s exhibit, and here is what the renovated Ghibli Museum looks like now:

The museum features some unforgettable Ghibli movies like Howl’s Moving Castle, Kiki’s Delivery Service, and even newer ones like When Marnie Was There. Ticket prices are 1,000 yen for adults age 19 and older, 700 yen for ages 13-18, 400 yen for ages 7-12, and 100 yen for for ages 4-6.
