Up and coming seiyuu, Natsuko Hara, shocked fans when she announced in her blog that she has been diagnosed with cancer. However, that cancer is still treatable, but she had to sacrifice her appearance on this month’s C3_CharaExpo here in Singapore.

She then apologized to her Singaporean fans, who were truly looking forward to her appearance. Though she did not explain much about her cancer, she did say that she is focusing on her treatment, and assured fans that they shouldn’t worry. She also added that she will be appearing at the “Doki Doki Festa” event on 15th July.

Natsuko Hara is still a young and up and coming seiyuu, and her cancer diagnosis has shocked a lot of people. So far, she has voiced Rena Saeki in JK Meshi, Amaterasu in Onigiri, and Mirai and Crane Game Girls.

To miss Natsuko Hara, get well soon, and hopefully, you can really come here in Singapore next time!
