One of the world’s deadliest and famous spearmen is joining the upcoming Musuo-style action game for the Fate series, Fate/Extella: The Umbral Star, and it is none other than the original Lancer himself, Cu Chulainn!
This mythical Irish warrior will be taking his legendary spear, Gae Bolg, into Fate/Extella. Joining him will be the legendary Bajiquan master from China, Li Shuwen, who is known in the Fate series as an Assassin-class servant.
Both new heroes will be joining Saber Nero’s party as playable characters in the game. The games’s previously-revealed servants include the original Saber (King Arthur/ Arthoria), Rider (Alexander the Great), Archer (Gilgamesh), Archer (Shirou Emiya), Ruler (J’eanne D’Arc) and many more.
Fate/Extella will be released in Japan on 10 November 2016 for the PlayStation 4 and the PlayStation Vita consoles, and is promising to feature a total of 16 servants in the game.
