In the tradition of Team Rocket, Team Magma, Team Aqua, and all the other baddies of the Pokemon world, Nintendo has added another one to their line-up, and they are called Tea, Skull!. These new “ruffians” of the Alola Region were introduced in a new video, along with several new Pokemon, and a few new Alola Forms to match the ones we are already familiar with!

The video introduces us to Plumeria and Guzma, the leaders of Team Skull, along with their grunt members. The video also revealed new Pokemon like Wishiwashi (Water) which can do battle in both solo and school forms, Morelull (Grass/Fairy), and Pyukumuku (Water). They also introduced Alola forms for Meowth (Dark), Raichu (Electric/Psychic), and the much talked about Alola Marowak (Fire/Ghost), which finally gets its Ghost form make-over, which fans have been asking for since the first games!

The official Pokemon website describes the Alola Forms as:

Some Pokémon have adapted to the distinctive microclimates of the Alola region, taking on different forms than they have in other regions. These Pokémon are called regional variants. Taking root in the Alola region, they live like native Pokémon. Regional variant Pokémon can have different appearances and types, and their ways of living can also differ from that of the forms previously known.

Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon will both be released for the Japanese and North American markets on 18 November 2016, and will be released in Europe on 23 November 2016.
