Universal Studios has been doing a Shonen Jump theme for their summer attractions for six years now, and this year has brought record numbers in terms of attendance. This summer’s Jump Exhibition has drawn 1.6 million attendees, which is a 15% jump from the last time. The period also marks the second highest month the theme park had in terms of attendance ever. The highest was in October 2015, when they welcomed 1.75 million guests.

The Shonen Jump Exhibition featured several of the magazine’s covers, as well as artworks from various Jump titles, such as My Hero Academia, One Piece, Naruto, KochiKame, Death Note, Dragon Ball, and many others. They also had One Piece-themed food, and life-size statues of Haikyuu!!’s main characters, who look a little bit too realistic.
