The benefits for international members have not yet been announced, but from what we know from the original Japanese official fan club, they often get exclusive access to club information, a radio show with Usagi/ Sailor Moon’s seiyuu herself, Kotono Mitsuishi, and their own exclusive Premium Bandai shopping page. According to Otaku Mode,

To cater to all fans of Sailor Moon, Kodansha, Toei Animation, and King Records are preparing an international service for overseas fans that, as far as possible, delivers the same service as the Japanese fan club.

If we also base it on the Japanese service, entering the fan club isn’t free as well, as new members have to pay 5,500 yen just to join, but as mentioned above, there are tons of benefits in joining.
