During the ani x wara anime event, it was reported by anime musical composer, Fuuga Hatori, that Choboraunyopomi’s four-panel comedy manga about a certain crazy manga club, Ai Mai Mi, is getting itself a third season.
Not much details were revealed for this third season however, Ai, Mai, Mi, and Ponoka-senpai to go back to their comedic form with more misadventures, be it drawing manga or looking out for invading aliens.
The three respective seiyuu for Ai, Mai, and Mii, Aya Uchida, Maaya Uchida, and Yuka Ootsubo, were all present during the event, and all three performed the OP songs for the anime’s first two seasons.
