Nintendo Recently held their Fire Emblem Nintendo Direct presentation where they made important announcements for the Fire Emblem franchise. In the presentation, they presented an Extended Gameplay video for their Fire Emblem Warriors game.

Fire Emblem Warriors will be the first Fire Emblem game to be released on home consoles since 2007. They will not only be releasing the game for the Switch, but also for their 3DS system. Nintendo will be releasing the game sometime in autumn 2017.

And speaking of the 3DS, they also announced their latest 3DS game, Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. 1992’s Fire Emblem Gaiden inspired this new game, which they will be releasing on 19th May. The game promises to put a “twist” to the traditional Fire Emblem gameplay by adding dungeons, free-roaming and “flexible character progression”. According to the official Nintendo twitter page, @NintendoAmerica:

Finally, Nintendo revealed new details for their new smartphone game titled “Fire Emblem Heroes”. According to their twitter page, they will be releasing “Heroes” for both iOS and Android devices starting 2nd February. They also unveiled a new visual:

Players can actually choose their own hero thanks to Nintendo’s new “Choose Your Legends” campaign. Players can vote for their favorite hero, and those chosen will be getting their own special version for the game. Participants will also receive a My Nintendo Platinum Point bonus.

Nintendo has also revealed that “Maps are designed to fit your smartphone screen. Drag an ally to the enemy unit to attack or use traditional”. They also added that “Alongside the main quest, other modes in Fire Emblem Heroes like the “Training Tower” let you to level up your Heroes!”
