AbemaTV — a Japanese streaming site, will be holding a Yuri!!! On Ice marathon on 30th April 2017 (Sunday), as part of its 1st Anniversary celebrations. The marathon will start at 19:00 JST.
As a special treat for fans of fictional Canadian skater Jean-Jacques Leroy AKA King J.J. (voiced by fan favorite Mamoru Miyano), his Rostelecom Cup short program featuring the song “Theme of King J.J.” will be shown with English lyrics and Japanese translations!
AbemaTV hopes that this special feature will encourage fans to sing along to the song, or at the very least cheer their favorite skater on like never before. And while we admit not everyone likes the overly-confident skating champ, for some Yurii!!! on Ice fans he is the king and no one can stop him!
