A 30-second teaser of the upcoming Nissin Cup Noodles ad has just been released and it’s simply stunning! A marked departure from the tongue-in-cheek humour of their Final Fantasy XV collaboration ads, the new Nissin promo reflect a return to it’s more evocative ads such as the Katsuhiro Otomo’s Freedom Project.
Not much is known about the new ad, only that the voice over will be done by legendary voice actress Megumi Hayashibara, with art by “Tsurumoku Bachelor Dormitory” artist Eisaku Kubonouchi, and music by BUMP OF CHICKEN vocalist Hiroaki Masukawa. Check out the video and some more screencaps below!
