Japanese pair figure skaters Miu Suzaki & Ryuichi Kihara have skated their way into anime fans’ hearts by performing a short program to “Yuri on Ice” at Skate Detroit competition in the United States.
“Yuri on Ice” is the eponymous track used by main character Yuuri Katsuki during his free skate program in the 5th episode of the TV anime “Yuri!!! on Ice”.
Miu Suzaki and Ryuichi Kihara are both singles figure skaters who teamed up to compete in pairs skating in 2015. They placed 3rd in the Pairs SP at Skate Detroit thanks to this beautiful performance.
