It’s already July, which means that we’re already halfway through 2017! And with that, music live information service Live Fans, released their latest report on this half’s concert numbers. One of the categories include Anisong live performances, and they revealed the Top 6 (Top 5 because there’s a tie):

1) Nana Mizuki:
15 concerts, 182,912 attendees, 12,194 attendees per live average

2) THE IDOLM@STER CINDERELLA GIRLS:
8 concerts, 86,000 attendees, 10,750 attendees per live average

3) Sphere
6 concerts, 35,337 attendees, 5,890 attendees per live average

4) Kalafina
13 concerts, 35,036 attendees, 2,695 attendees per live average

5 and 6) Walküre and AQOURS (TIE)
2 concerts, 34,000 attendees, 17,000 attendees per live average

With 15 huge concert and a large average number of attendees, Nana Mizuki dominated the Anisong concert category. This comes to no surprise as the ever-youthful seiyuu has kept her popularity for over a decade. And speaking of expected outcomes, seiyuu dominated the Top 5, with only Kalafina not being involved in voice acting. While Nana Mizuki is a solo act, the rest are seiyuu units.
