In GunPla terms, the life-size Unicorn Gundam in Odaiba is still a WIP or Work-in-Progress. Previously, construction workers started working on the legs, as well as the head of the Gundam. Now, as shown by a few twitter users in the area, the new Gundam’s legs and head construction are going smoothly.

As for the Gundam head itself, it seems that it can shift from the Unicorn Mode to the Destroy Mode. This is shown in a few videos via twitter.
