To satisfy anime fans who are also sneakerheads, New Balance has announced a special collaboration with the cult classic Evangelion.
The sneaker collection features their collection of new Fresh Foam Cruz with four different colorways, featuring a synthetic mesh upper and a flexible heel tab making for an easy slip-on. All four are to match the characters and mecha from the Evangelion anime.
What really caught our eyes is the special Evangelion shoe bag. It is a gorgeous white zip-up bag with both party’s branding along the front.
This Evangelion x New Balance collaboration will be dropping in China and Japan on 09 Sep for about US$100 (659 yuan). Some of the New Balance shops in Beijing and Shanghai were already spotted featuring marketing for this special collab.
