With the first of three Godzilla anime films premiering next month, TOHO has revealed a new trailer for the film. The new trailer offers new footage from the film, as well as gives a better look at Godzilla. It also previews the film’s theme song, “White Out” by XAI.

Yes folks, we finally get to see Godzilla’s signature Atomic Breath punish those puny humans! The infamous Urobutcher himself, Gen Urobuchi, will be writing the script, so don’t get attached to any character. Meanwhile, Polygon Pictures will be handling the trilogy’s animation.

Netflix, the world’s largest TV and movie streaming service, will be releasing the anime film globally. Of course, this includes Japan, where TOHO will be coordinating a theatrical and global streaming release, along with Netflix.

The first film premieres in Japanese theaters on 17th November 2017. Its story takes place 20,000 years in the future when Kaijuu forced humanity out of Earth.
