An advance look at Weekly Shonen Jump magazine’s 44th issue reveals that My Hero Academia is getting a third season. The scan says that development for this new upcoming season has already started, though it didn’t reveal any further details. Plus Ultra!

As for season 2, the anime’s final episode premieres this weekend. Its run started last April as part of the spring 2017 anime season, and then continued on to the summer 2017 season.

My Hero Academia follows Izuku “Deku” Midoriya, a powerless/quirkless boy in a world where people around him have one. But one day, he meets the world’s greatest hero, All Might, and learns about his secret. Suddenly, the quirkless boy gets into U.A., one of the most prestigious hero schools in the world.
