Legendary musician, composer, and Anisong writer, Yuki Kajiura has worked on several unforgettable anime songs. However, it seems that it’s the end of an era, as she confirmed via twitter that she has left her old talent agency, Space Craft Produce.

Aside from the news that she has now left Space Craft Produce, she also made many other huge announcements. Regarding her job, she said that she’ll be working freelance “for now”. She also talked about her group, Kalafina, which she has worked with extensively through the years. Kajiura noted that their status will be changing, so she said that it won’t be “the same as before”. She also thanked her former agency, and then vowed to continue working on music.

However, she also made a few sad announcements, including the fact that she’s closing her official fan club, FictionJunction Club. She also announced the “Yuki Kajiura Live vol#14” concerts, which she will be holding at the Maihama Amphitheater on 30th June, 1st July, and 15th July. She will also be holding the concert over at the NHK Hall in Osaka on 12th July.

Before working with Kalafina on a number of Anisongs, she started her career as the keyboardist for the band, See-saw. She has composed music for various anime, such as Sword Art Online, Fate/Zero, Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works, and most recently, Fate/stay night: Heaven’s Feel.
