After getting an Evangelion make-over, it looks like one of Japan’s 500-series shinkansen is getting a Hello Kitty version. This is all part of a new collaboration between Sanrio and West Japan Railway Company. Called the Hello Kitty Shinkansen, this special new bullet train will have plenty of great features that Hello Kitty fans can enjoy. And if that’s not enough, they even revealed a new PV:

There will actually be not one, but two Hello Kitty Shinaknsen, and the iconic mascot will be serving as guide. Both trains will sport Hello Kitty designs in the exterior of the train, as well as the interior.

Train # 1 will have a special room where passengers can experience the charms of various regions. It will begin with the “San’in Destination Campaign,” the San’in Region being Shimane and Tottori Prefectures in the Southwest of Honshu Island. Later, it will also feature Osaka, Hyogo, Okayama, Hiroshima, Yamaguchi and Fukuoka Prefectures. As for train #2, it will be really cute, just like Hello Kitty herself because it will feature this design:

JR West will reveal more details about this new Hello Kitty Train, which will begin service later this year.
