Upscale figure producer F:NEX (pronounced “Fenex”) has announced release of a 1/7th scale figure “RE:Zero Starting Life in Another World REM Japanese Bride”. Orders will be taken starting today — 21st May 2018, and will end on 8th August 2018, through the F:NEX website. The figures are slated for delivery to their new husbands by January 2019.
The F:NEX 1/7th Rem Japanese Bride features the ever-popular blue-haired maid from “RE:Zero Starting Life in Another World”. She is wearing a shiromuku Japanese bridal kimono with a removable hood, and is carrying a lovely red paper umbrella. The prototype for this figure was initially displayed at Wonder Festival 2018 in Tokyo, and Wonder Festival 2018 Prestige in Shanghai.
Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World tells the story of Subaru Natsuki, a reclusive young man who suddenly finds himself transported to another world. There he mysteriously gains a powerful ability, and meets a number of lovely young ladies — including Rem and her twin sister Ram, as well as Emilia who is a magician in traning.
