Fate/stay night [Heaven’s Feel] will cover the last route, featuring Sakura from the original visual novel by Type-Moon. The two previous routes, Saber’s (fate/stay night) and Rin’s (fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works) have already had a whole slew of episodic and cinematic adaptations.
