Thai anisong fans, it’s the moment you’ve been waiting for! I Love Anisong Bangkok is coming to you on the 9th of June 2018! Organised by Asia Comic Con and Anime Festival Asia, I Love Anisong Bangkok will feature Konomi Suzuki, Maon Kurosaki, and Megumi Nakajima!

Konomi Suzuki

Konomi Suzuki was born in 1996. She received first prize of all Japan anime song grand-prix, and made a debut with the song “CHOIR JAIL” (lyrics produced by Aki Hata), when she was 15 years old. She made four consecutive appearances at the biggest anime-song festival in Japan, ‘Animelo Summer Live’.

She also sang various TV animation main theme songs, and sang “This game”, opening theme song of TV anime No-Game, No-Life, and “Redo”, opening theme song of TV anime Re:Zero. She has released three more songs in 2017. She has also received 2nd prize at the first week of Billboard Japan Hot Animation.

Maon Kurosaki

Maon Kurosaki made her debut with the 2010 album “H.O.T.D”, having been greatly influenced by anime as well as anisong in the 2000s. From then on, she was also responsible for the theme songs of popular TV anime series such as “A Certain Magical index II” and “Hakuoki”. She also presented various forms of performances, as a member of ALTIMA. In 2013, she released the smash hit “X-encounter”, the theme song to the TV anime “Tokyo Ravens, as well as performing the opening theme songs for the “Grisaia” series of TV anime. In 2015, on her 5th anniversary of her debut, she held her first solo hall concert at the Maihama Amphitheater, which was sold out.

In 2016, she released “DEAD OR LIE”, the opening theme to the TV anime “Danganronpa 3 The End of Hope’s Peak High School- Future Arc”, in a collaboration TRUSTRICK. In autumn of the same year, she embarked on a 11-show solo tour across Japan, which was well received. In October, the ending theme “VERMILLION”, was released as the ending theme for “DRIFTERS”. SUGIZO of LUNA SEA / X JAPAN, was involved as the lyricist and sound producer on this release. Aside from her activities as an artiste, she also stood out as the heroine in the musical “The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel”, which ran in January 2017. With her activities continue to widen, she is releasing “decadence” in May, which is being used as the ending theme song of the TV anime “Dances with the Dragons”.

Megumi Nakajima

After winning the top prize at “Victor Vocal & Voice Audition” in 2007, Megumi made her debut as a voice actor and a singer with the TV animation “Macross Frontier”. In the series she played the role of Ranke Lee, and sang many songs including “Seikan Hikou”, which went No.5 on Japan’s Oricon single chart.

She started to release songs under her name with the single “Tenshi ni naritai” in 2009, and has released 11 singles so far including “Try Unite! (opening theme for “The Flower of Rin-ne”)”, “Watashi no Sekai (ending theme for ” Fuuka “)” and “Saturday night Question (opening theme for “Recovery of an MMO Junkie”)”, and 4 albums including “Curiosity” which came out this year. In 2009 she won a prize for the best singer category in “The 3rd Seiyu Award”.

As a voice actress she plays many heroine characters such as Ruri Aiba for “Sacred Seven”, Yuzuki Eda for “A Town Where You Live”, and Megumi Aino & CureLovely for “HappinessCharge PreCure!”. Recently she made a guest appearance on “Violet Evergarden” as Charlotte Eberfreya Drossel.
