Since the Nintendo Switch’s release, gamers have been anticipating a new generation Pokemon game for the console. And now, Industry insider and ResetERA forum administrator Emily Rogers has revealed we may get news about the game sooner than expected.

In her own personal website, she wrote that Nintendo will formally announce the game “before the end of this month”. Previously, she teased on a post on ResetERA that an announcement is “not that far away“. She also hinted that the name for the two versions of Pokemon Switch game “might raise a few eyebrows”.

And it seems that several rumors have indeed popped up as to what the Pokemon Switch game’s title is. According to some rumors in 4chan, the titles of these two versions are “Pokemon Let’s Go! Pikachu” and “Pokemon Let’s Go! Eevee”. Some even posted a logo for the game’s Japanese version.

According to the rumors, there will be two versions, Pikachu and Eevee, and both Red and Blue will play a role in the story. You and your rival are new trainers .In addition, it seems that the game’s Pokemon catching mechanic is a bit similar to Pokemon GO. In fact, there’s also word of integration between Pokemon Let’s Go and Pokemon GO for smartphones. The rumors also state that they will also release a new accessory that both games which trainers can use. There will also be rewards for linking both games together as well. It seems that they’re also bringing back the PokeRide mechanic, as well as featuring an online trainer hub.

Other sources have said that the game will be a Pokemon Yellow remake, while others said it’s a Pokemon GO tie-in. However, do note that this is still unconfirmed and are not official yet.
