Sumire Uesaka will be releasing a new album on 1st August 2018 — her first in over two and a half years! Titled “No Future Vacances” (No Future Vacations), the album will include her latest singles “Koisuru Zukei (cubic futurismo)”, “Odore! Ki~yu~ Kyoku Tetsugaku”, “Riverside Lovers (Naraku no Koi)”, “POP TEAM EPIC”, and other tracks — for a total of fifteen songs!
Best known for her roles in KanColle and THE iDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls, Sumire — or Sumipe to her fans, is unique amongst her fellow female voice actors for her interests in Russian culture and language. She graduated with a degree in Russian language from the prestigious Sophia University in Tokyo.
