Japan is celebrating its Constitution Memorial Day on 3rd May, and they’re doing a special livestream on Niconico. This livestream will be a 24-hour broadcast, with two legendary seiyuu reciting the Japanese constitution. Amuro Ray’s seiyuu, Tohru Furuya, as well as Sailor Moon’s seiyuu, Kotono Mitsuishi, will be doing the recitals.

The Constitution Memorial Day livestream will loop each of the seiyuu’s constitution recitals throughout its broadcast. Fans can listen to Gundam’s Amuro Ray read the Japanese constitution here, and then for Sailor Moon herself here. They will be streaming it all day through 3rd May. The livestream will also include the “Constitution of Japan: The Movie” documentary as well.

Fans might know Furuya as Amuro Ray from Gundam the best. However, he has also voiced Pegasus Seiya in the original Saint Seiya anime, as well as the original Tuxedo Mask in Sailor Moon. Meanwhile, Kotono Mitsuishi not only voiced the titular Sailor Moon, but also Evangelion’s Misato Katsuragi. So yeah, you could also say Usagi (Sailor Moon) and Mamoru (Tuxedo Mask) are reading the Japanese constitution during a livestream.
