Hatsune Miku has recently been holding Miku Expo events all over the world, from Asia to the Americas to Europe. She has garnered fans from the world over, and this also seems to include Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. The Japanese Prime Minister recently held the third Japonismes Integrated Promotion Conference in his residence. There, he expressed his excitement for Miku’s upcoming concerts. In particular, he’s talking about Miku’s upcoming European concerts.

Abe held the press conference during the sixth Nihon’nobi (Beauty of Japan) Comprehensive Project meeting last 22nd July. There, he talked about the Japonismes 2018 Exhibition event in Paris, as well as Miku’s global influence.

And speaking of the Japonismes 2018 Exhibition event, it will also feature the Hatsune Miku Expo 2018 Europe concert. It’s a joint project between the governments of Japan and France, and will include several Japanese shows. This includes a performance of the Touken Ranbu and Sailor Moon musicals.

As for Miku herself, she will be kicking off her Euro tour on 1st December in Paris, during the event. She will then head over to Cologne, Germany on 4th December, before heading to London on 8th December.
