Gamba Osaka and Japan National Football Team (Samurai Blue) player Yasuhito Endou will be voicing himself in an upcoming episode of “Detective Conan” titled “The J.LEAGUE Bodyguard”. This is the Japanese soccer superstar’s second appearance in the show, as he also played himself in the 2012 film “Detective Conan: The 11th Striker“.
“The J.LEAGUE Bodyguard” features Conan and the gang assisting private investigor Kogoro, as he participates in the kick-off of an exciting match between the Tokyo Spirite and the Osaka Gambas. However just before the big game, Kogoro starts feeling unwell, and Conan suspects that the bottled water distributed at the stadium may have been tampered with.
