Last year, cup noodle inventor Nissin broke the internet with its limited edition “Mystery Meat” flavour — in collaboration with highly popular investigative manga “Detective Conan”. This year, it turns the mystery (and disgust?) up to eleven with its new “Mystery Meat” offering, in collaboration with another world renowned manga series “Attack on Titan”! Waittasec — does that mean the mystery meat is made of …?

Alright folks, before you clear your pantries of the hikikomori’s best friend, bear in mind that Titans don’t actually exist and are therefore inedible. And if that’s not enough to convince you, Nissin has actually gone on the record to say that the “mystery meat” is actually a freeze-dried combination of mince pork, onions, and soybean. Definitely not halal, but not as mad as Titan meat, right?
