The Japanese premiere event of the fifth season of “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure“, “Golden Wind” will be streamed online via AbemaTV, Youtube, and Periscope. The event will be streamed for everyone unlucky enough not be selected to attend the special event; however, Episode 1 will not be included in the stream.
The Japan Premier for the show is slated on 5th July at the Annelli Hall of the Italian Cultural Center in Tokyo. The World Premier is scheduled for the same day at Paris’ Japan Expo. Last but not least, the US Premier is on 7th July 2018 at Anime Expo.
“Golden Wind” (Vento Aureo) takes place after Diamond is Unbreakable. Set in 2001 Italy, the story follows Giorno Giovanna and his dream to rise within the Italian mafia, and defeat the boss of the most powerful and influential gang to become a “Gang-Star”.
