A special retrospective “Macross All Music Tracks 1982-2018 – Artistes/Creators Collected Testimonies” was released in Japan yesterday — 30th July 2018. The book contains interviews, photos, and other source materials spanning the 35 years of Macross and the music associated with it.
Interviews, testimonies, and other introspective pieces have been contributed by such luminaries as Mari Iijima, Yoko Kanno, May’n, Megumi Nakajima, Fukuyama Yoshiki, JUNNA, Minori Suzuki, and other artistes who have been involved in the series. Director Shoji Kawamori and designer Haruhiko Mikimoto have also been interviewed for the book.
“Macross All Music Tracks 1982-2018 – Artistes/Creators Collected Testimonies” is available now from bookstores online and off for JPY 4,000.
