As reported last July here on WOW Japan, SKE48/AKB48 Member and AKB48 53rd Single World Elected Center Jurina Matsui has halted all her entertainment activities, citing poor health as the reason.

As a result, the official music video for the new single “Sentimental Train” shows all the members from the most recent senbatsu selections except the center — Jurina herself. However, fans need not despair as she has been included in the form of sketches interspersed within the footage of the other girls.

The staff of AKB48 have informed fans that the music video will be be reshot and re-edited upon Jurina’s return from her hiatus. AKB48’s 53rd Single “Sentimental Train” will be released on 19th September 2018.
