Kotobukiya’s popular es line of cute button-eyed adaptations of popular anime characters is adding another title toits ranks with the release of the Fate/stay night[Heaven’s Feel] line!
The blind box collectibles will feature the usual suspects from FSN, including Shirou Emiya, Saber, Rin Tohsaka, Archer, Lancer, Gilgamesh, Kirei Kotomine and last but not least, Sakura Matoh!
Each random box will retail for JPY 540, and can be purchased in cases of eighht poxes apiece. Orders are being taken online now via the Kotobukiya online store, with deliveries slated for December 2018.
The “Fate/stay night [Heaven’s Feel]” trilogy is an animated adaptation of the Sakura Matoh route from the original Fate/Stay Night visual novel; the other two routes were Saber (Fate) and Rin Tohsaka (Unlimited Blade Works), respectively. “Fate/stay night [Heaven’s Feel]” is the first time that Sakura’s route is getting an animated adaptation. Studio Deen adapted the Fate route in 2006, and alsoproduced an animated feature length film on the Unlimited Blade Works route. ufotable also adapted Unlimited Blade Works as a 2-cour TV anime series.
