We at WOW Japan love trawling online shopping portals for some of the most insane anime merchandise official licensees can come up with. To date, nothing comes close to the irreverent humour and inexplicable choices of merchandise from “Pop Team Epic”! Now, they’ve upped the ante just a little bit more with their new product: soup.
The “Pop Team Epic” miso shiru soup packs are produced by Zero Go, who appear to have done this stunt before as they also offer Gintama soup packs and Gintama manju buns. All you need to do is crack one open and add hot water, and you have yourself a tasty hot meal.
The soup packs are available in five designs, in packs of 2, 3, or 6 pieces at JPY 1280, 1620, and 2980 respectively. They’re not exactly cheap for instant food, but then again when has “Pop Team Epic” ever made any sense? You can get them today via the Zero Go online shop.
