Takeshi Konomi’s long-running hit manga “Prince of Tennis” will be holding a special event on January 2019, dubbed “TeniPuri BEST FESTA!! Seigaku VS Hyotei” on the 19th and 20th of January 2019 at Tokyo’s Zepp Diver City! The announcement was made during the niconico 12th August special live broadcast of “TeniPuri BEST GAMES!! Tezuka VS Atobe“.
The line up of castmembers from the POT anime who will be making an appearance at the January event was also released. Junko Minagawa, Ryuutarou Okiayu, and Junichi Suwabe, and the rest of the Seigaku and Hyotei squads will be appearing at “TeniPuri BEST FESTA!! Seigaku VS Hyotei”.
In other news, “TeniPuri BEST GAMES!! Tezuka VS Atobe” will be screened for a limited time from 24th August 2018. Fans who purchased tickets to the screenings will be given a special lottery ticket, to ballot for tickets to the January 2019 event. The same lottery ticket will also included in the DVD release of “TeniPuri BEST GAMES!! Tezuka VS Atobe”, out 26th October 2018.
