“Tiger & Bunny” spin-off series “Double Decker: Doug & Kirill” have released their first two trailers, ahead of the Japanese premiere on 30th September 2018! The series will be directed by Joji Furuta, produced by Ryo Ando, written by Tomohiro Suzuki — who wrote the screenplay for “Tiger & Bunny”. Character designs will be done by Masakazu Tetsura and adapted for the anime by Norihiko Itagaki, as they previously had in “Tiger & Bunny”.

The official synopsis of “Double Decker: Doug & Kirill” goes:

The city-state Risvaletta. In the shadow of this city with two suns where people go about their tranquil everyday lives, crimes and illegal drugs run rampant. Above all, a dangerous, highly-fatal drug named “Anthem” is casting a dark shadow on the streets. The “Seven-O” special criminal investigation unit, whose speciality is to supervise the investigation of Anthem, institutes a “Double Decker System” policy of forming groups of two investigators.
